    Account managers are available by email and phone in order to speak directly with clients. Otherwise, they can be reached via our support team on our LIVE CHAT available on Mac and PC, and by email: support@binarybrokerz.com and phone +357 240 00360
    Our account managers are available from Monday to Friday from 6AM GMT to 9PM GMT. Additionally, our support team is available from Sunday to Friday.
    The Binary Brokerz online trading platform works equally well on either Mac or Windows operating systems. Conveniently, the trading platform is web-based, so there is no need to download any software. Although we do not recommend using Internet Explorer, you can easily start trading using whichever other web browser you prefer.
    We also offer traders the benefit of trading on the go, using our free mobile application.

  • What if I have problems accessing my account?
    In the unlikely event that you ever experience any kind of difficulties accessing your account, our helpful support team is available 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM (GMT),
    Sunday through Friday via live chat and phone
    (live chat is not available on Sundays).

  • What documents are needed to fully verify
    my trading account?
    In accordance with international financial law, we are required to verify our clients’ trading accounts. The purpose of this verification is to prevent identity theft, financial fraud, and money laundering. In order to properly verify your trading account, and to protect against online fraud, we require the following documents:

    1. A color copy of a government issued identification card where we are able to see your name, photo, date of expiry, and date of birth.

    2. A proof of address, such as a water or electric bill, bank statement or any type of official letter that states your name, address, and a date no further than three months.

    3. A color copy of the front and back of the credit card used to make your deposit. We must be able to see the last four digits and the first six on the front and back, your name, the expiry date, and your signature on the back hand side of the credit card in the designated area.

    4. A signed Declaration of Deposits form, with your color ID placed attached to the top corner.

  • How do I open a withdrawal request?
    In order to process your withdrawal we require that you first make
    your request through your trading account at binarybrokerz.com/trade.
    Please login to your trading account and off to the right hand
    side you will see a box named “quick links” one of those links is “withdrawal request”.
    When clicking on “withdrawal request” you will be able to place
    the amount that you would like to withdrawal.
    Please take into consideration that our platform is mainly in USD,
    therefore you will only be able to make your request in USD. However, your funds arerefunded in the same currency that you had made your original investment with.
    This process is only able to be done with a PC and does not appear
    on our mobile application at the time.
    Please note: When opening a request, please make sure that your account is fully verified with the required documents so that there will not be any delays in the process. We will then have your broker contact you within 48 hours of the request to receive your verbal confirmation so that he/she may initiate the process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • How long is the withdrawal process?
    Once you have made your request, fully verified your account with the required
    documents and given your verbal confirmation to your broker so that he is able to
    initiate the process, the withdrawal requested takes between 3-5 business days
    for our accounting to process and release the funds.
    Then depending on your credit card/bank it may take up to another 72 hours until
    you are able to see the funds in your account.
  • How much is the minimum deposit and withdrawal amount?

    The minimum deposit that is able to be made to your trading account is 250 USD when using a credit/debit card.

    The minimum amount that is able to be withdrawn is 100 USD.

  • How do I log into my Auto-trader?
    The Auto-trader is a third party application that is connected to our
    platform with the purpose of trading on your behalf. You are able to log into your auto-trader with the link that is provided by the auto-trader when signing up, this link is usually sent to your email. With this link you will be able to log in with the same details that are used to login to your BBZ trading account. Here you will be able to turn on and off your auto-trader as you please.
    Additionally, you can set it to trade on certain assets you may prefer,
    as well as change the amount of funds that the auto-trader opens positions with.

    Please note that the password and username must be the same for
    both your Binary Brokerz account and the auto-trader software at all times. This ensures that the auto-trader is able to access both platforms and trade on your behalf.
  • Why is my account blocked?
    A trading account is blocked when we are unable to contact the
    client to fully verify his/her account verbally and with the documents required.
    This may be due to an incorrect phone number and or an incorrect
    email address. Please make sure to update these details and contact out support team to further assist you.
